TL GuildManager is becoming GuildManager. Your guild leaders arrange the move; when your guild is migrated you will be told in the guild and sent straight to the new site. This page is the detail if you want it.

When your guild moves you will see it announced in the guild, and the dashboard here will hand you over to GuildManager.

Sign in with Discord
Sign in with the same Discord account you use here. A full migration copies members, characters, roles, DKP, and supported history. Review the exclusions before starting. Merging into an existing guild copies matched members, Throne and Liberty characters, declared classes, and settled loot history. Its settings, roles, DKP, activities, billing, and Discord configuration stay unchanged.

Carry on as normal. No new account, no invite, nothing to move across yourself.

Never linked Discord?
If your TL GuildManager account had no Discord connected, we cannot match you automatically. A full migration keeps the unmatched data for support to resolve. A merge into an existing guild skips unmatched members, so connect Discord before your guild moves.
What comes across

- Guild profile, settings and sub-guilds

- Ranks, permission roles and custom roles
- Supported DKP balances and transaction history, when DKP is enabled
- Activity records from all dates, with attendance from the last 90 days
- Supported recurring activity schedules
- Static party plans and member assignments, plus lineups for ongoing and upcoming activities
- Settled loot history, including auction wins, roll wins, and distributed bank items

What does not come across
We would rather tell you up front than have you find out later. These stay in TL GuildManager.
- Auction sessions and individual bids. Settled wins become loot history.
- Loot roll sessions and individual dice results. Settled wins become loot history.
- Guild bank inventory
- VOD reviews and uploaded videos
- Loot council decision history
- Gear screenshots and unsupported attachments, task reports, and decay history
- Unsupported repeating schedules, including stopped schedules with no usable pattern. Review the report and recreate any schedules you still need.
- Lineups from past activities, party types, and unsupported party presets
- Attendance older than 90 days
- Your audit log. The record of who did what stays here and closes with TL GuildManager.
Export anything you want to keep before your guild migrates. Ask an officer if you need a copy.
A few things work slightly differently
DKP is rounded to whole numbers
GuildManager stores DKP as whole numbers. If your balance had decimals it is rounded, and your officers get a report of every value that changed.
Ranks become labels
In GuildManager, what you can do comes from your roles rather than your rank name. Your rank is kept as a label and your permissions are carried across separately.
You keep the time you already paid for
Only a new community receives your remaining paid TL GuildManager time as Core access, with up to 4 guilds and unlimited members. Existing communities keep their own billing. Your TL GuildManager subscription stops renewing after a successful copy.
For guild leaders
Owners start the move. Review the result before closing TL GuildManager. The guild also closes automatically on its displayed deadline.

- 4A new community receives disconnected Discord settings. Invite the GuildManager bot and verify them before enabling announcements. Existing communities and guilds keep their own Discord setup.
- 5For a new community with paid time carried over, arrange billing before it expires. Existing communities keep their current billing.
